Connecting property with purpose.
TSLC connects property owners with established supported living, care and housing providers seeking suitable accommodation — while helping both sides navigate the property, provider and lease journey.
More than an introduction.
We work between property and provision: understanding the requirement, assessing the opportunity, coordinating the parties and helping viable schemes progress.
Understanding supported living starts with understanding the need.
Supported living helps people who need care, support or supervision to live as independently as possible in the community. The housing is a critical part of that model — and the right property has to fit the needs of the people, provider and local area.

For property owners
Understand how supported living works, who the potential tenant may be, what makes a property suitable, how lease structures can differ and what the process really involves.
For providers
We understand that finding a building is not enough. Location, commissioner demand, layout, accessibility, staffing space, transport, adaptations, landlord expectations and lease viability all matter.
We are the intermediary — not the tenant.
TSLC does not take a headlease and cannot bind a property owner into a lease. Our role is to help bring the right parties and the right property together, coordinate the moving parts and support progression towards an agreement between the relevant parties.
