TSLC exists to make the property side of supported living clearer and more workable — for the owners providing accommodation and the organisations trying to secure the right homes for the people they support.
Our position is deliberately clear.
Commercially focused. Sector aware.
Our job is not simply to circulate addresses. We work to understand what a provider needs, what a property owner needs, where those requirements align and what has to happen for an opportunity to progress.
That includes liaising with property owners, agents, care providers and Registered Providers; facilitating viewings; coordinating information; discussing rent and property requirements; and supporting progression with the wider parties involved.
Property with purpose still has to work commercially.
Social purpose and commercial discipline are not opposites. Sustainable supported living needs accommodation that works for the people who live there, providers and property owners.
